We don't collect personal data, we don't track you, and we don't show ads. Your save file lives entirely in your browser.
1. Who We Are
King Mack's Disaster Castle is developed by kl8techgroup, an independent game studio.
2. Data We Collect
Locally (on your device only): game progress, level, coins, inventory, win streak, daily login date, and settings — stored in your browser's localStorage. We cannot see or access this data.
Leaderboard entries (if submitted): a display name and score you voluntarily provide. This is the only data that leaves your device. No IP address, device fingerprint, or personal identifiers are stored alongside it.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect your real name, email, location, device identifiers, browsing history, or any other personal information. There are no analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers embedded in this game.
4. Cookies
This game does not use cookies.
5. Children
King Mack's Disaster Castle does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to the leaderboard, contact us and we will remove it.
6. Data Retention
Local save data persists until you clear your browser storage. Leaderboard entries may be retained indefinitely but can be removed upon request.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of any leaderboard entry you submitted by contacting us. Local data can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage.
